RAZER has been one of the top manufacturers for gaming peripherals, such as gaming keyboads, gaming mouse, headsets, and many more. As you may know, many manufactures use regular ABS plastic keycaps on their keyboards. If you own a RAZER mechanical keyboard, then this upgrade is for you. The RAZER PBT Keycap Upgrade Set are keycaps that will replace your plain basic ABS plastic ones

I purchased two kits of the Razer PBT Keycap upgrade set. The Razer green to modify my Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition Gaming keyboard and the original black for my Corsair K70 RGB Gaming keyboard. Razer also has a white and pink edition of the PBT keycaps. I only hoped that Razer would of made some red and grey version of their PBT keycaps. The quality of these keycaps are solid with a nice textured finish. The Razer green keycaps are stand out due to their bright color during daylight. They were easy to install in which I had to pull out the stabilizer from the original keycaps and install them on the green ones. This is only if you are using Razer Mechanical keyboards. If you have another mechanical keyboard brand, you may not have to use the stabilizers.
The good thing about these keycaps is that they are compatible with standard 104/105 US and UK keyboard layouts. Just to let you know, Razer makes standard and non-standard keyboards. Razer's full size keyboards are non-standard while their ten-keyless keyboards are standard versions. These keycaps are well worth the price which you can get for $30 plus tax.
I installed the matte black version of the keycaps on my Corsair K70 keyboard. The only keycaps that will not fit is the spacebar and the right side Windows keycap. If it doesn't bother you, you can use Razer's fn keycap to replace the right side Windows key and keep the original spacebar. Now, Corsair does sell their own brand of PBT keycaps which are more expensive than Razer keycaps. If you want the Corsair brand, you can get the white version from Amazon. If you want the black version, then you will have to get them directly from Corsair. As we all know, Corsair uses a gaming font type on their ABS plastic keycaps which I'm not very fond of. The Razer keycap fonts are simple and in my opinion, look better. You can see the difference between both keycaps from the following pictures. I also purchase a set of Velocifire K9 PBT Doubleshot keycaps than only come in red for ten dollars. It really make the keyboard stand out by giving it a final touch of color.
